The ENAC-Airbus-Sopra Steria Drones & UTM Chair aims to go beyond the integration of drones and their new services into existing systems, to address the issue of their social acceptability. To this end, it is focusing its work on issues related to UTM (Unmanned Aircraft Traffic Management). It addresses both technical issues, such as the ATM/UTM interface, strategic and tactical deconfliction and Artificial Intelligence, and regulatory issues such as system certification and standardisation. Its work is intended to form the basis for the effective integration of drones and their acceptability to the public, which is crucial when considering the use of drones in new urban mobility.
