- Tuesday, October 14 and Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at the Palais des Congrès in Bordeaux.
- Thursday, October 16, 2025 for the outdoor Demo Day (details to follow).
Access for the disabled
All areas of the building are accessible to people with disabilities. Upstairs rooms are accessible by elevator. Adapted toilets are available. Rest areas are provided for seating.
Only guide dogs are allowed in the Palais des Congrès.
